We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if there are any issues we will try our best to find a solution.

Framing

A deposit is required for all framing items.  Please notify us within 48 hours of any issues, otherwise we may charge for any corrections.  We are happy to correct any issues that we may be at fault for within this period.  If the item is damaged after leaving the premises, there will be a charge to correct it. Items that are not collected within one year may be destroyed or sold.

Paintings

A non-refundable deposit is required to order in a specific painting.  If you would like to return a painting, please notify us within 48 hours.  We will issue a credit note for the full price as long as it is in an acceptable condition. If the painting is damaged after leaving the premises, we can not accept the return.

Gifts

If you would like to return a gift, please notify us within 48 hours.  We will issue a credit note for the full price as long as it is in an acceptable condition.  If the item is damaged after leaving the premises, we can not accept the return.
